  • Own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Identify\u00a0and engage high-value brands and decision-makers aligned with agency capabilities.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals, challenges, and opportunities.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies and sales pitches that connect client needs to our solutions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Client Strategy & Campaign Collaboration<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Work closely with the creative team to shape proposals, concepts, and campaign strategies.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Partner with clients to translate\u00a0objectives\u00a0into actionable campaigns that deliver measurable results.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Assist\u00a0in refining messaging, positioning, and campaign execution for maximum impact.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Performance & Optimization<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      • Track activity, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Continuously analyze and\u00a0optimize\u00a0outreach strategies to improve conversion and revenue outcomes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n

        Education & Experience<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        • 4\u20137 years of experience in sales, business development, or agency growth roles.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Proven\u00a0track record\u00a0in outbound prospecting and closing new business.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Experience selling marketing, media, creative, or digital solutions is highly valued.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Technical Skills<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

          • Comfortable using CRM and sales engagement tools.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
